• We leverage Jaycees resources or personal/professional networks to learn about how to advance ourselves in our workplaces or other spheres of influence

• We value opportunities to cultivate relevant skill sets so that we can demonstrate Jaycee characteristics that have exemplify leadership

• Meetings and events are prime opportunities to hear from experts and leaders on topics such as etiquette, leadership, civic engagement, home purchasing, personal finance, etc.

• We balance our hard work from serving with favorites, such as game nights, karaoke, cooking, etc.
